Brief of machine sets & equipments

• This CTL production line composed of Hydraulic cantilever uncoiler , Coil of strip uncoiling device , leveling main frame ,Magic eyes control loop, Side guide device ,computer control fixed scale and forced rolling device, Plate shears, Conveyer ,Hydraulic lifting platform and pneumatic loading device, Traversing Hoisting feeder, Hydraulic system , Pneumatic system and Electrical installation

• 0.5-3 × 1250 steel coil flatting and transverse cutting machines set is mainly use for flatting the common carbon-plates, and volume production and processing of digital specified lengths and transverse shearing

Technical data of equipment

Computer control fixed scale and forced rolling device

• It is controlled by servo motor and is the setting device of high speed feeding and high precision fixed scale.

• All the settings of parameter and operation will be completed on control console

• Tow forced roller will be grinded by quenching and tempering and surface heat treatment or are the grain milling glue wheel.

• Drive unit: 18.5Kw servomotor gearing down

• Control system: man machine interface programming digital control.

Plate shears

• Cut mode: Down top cut by pneumatic brake

• Automatic cut with the single command from the feeding machine.

• It adopts clearance adjustment design to cut differently thickness.

• The shears is made of alloy steel material and can safety cut 3.0mm steel plate after heat treatment

Conveyor

• Conveyer belt: include high tension fiber conveyer belt, non-slip and wear well.

• Power: match with the velocity of product line, the reducer will be driven by electric motor.

• Mechanical structure: welding and assembling the steel plate and beam channel.

Hydraulic lifting platform, pneumatic feeding device

• Length adjustment: Most short 500mm, and most long 3000mm.

• Width adjustment: minimum 500mm, and most width is 1250mm

• Connect material rack: Two rows rolling wheel connecting the steel plate and automatic pneumatic beat material device, which made the steel plate stacked in good trim

• Lifter operation: The lift will be controlled by automatic control device, and will be automatic lifted according with the height increase of steel plate.

• Reclaiming device: the plate material stock trimly on aggregate table will be output to the lifting area of finish products
